{CODICTS} MyListing Relist Expired Listings

The {CODICTS} MyListing Relist Expired Listings plugin allows you to select a basic package to switch to when a listing expires or when the subscription status changes.

Step 1: Download the Plugin

Start by downloading the plugin from the Downloads page on your dashboard on the CoDicts website.

Step 2: Install and Activate the Plugin

After downloading, install and activate the plugin in WordPress. Once activated, navigate to the “Listing Relist” settings page to configure the Basic Package, Delay Days, and Email Notifications.

Step 3: Enable Relist Expired Listings

In the settings page, make sure to check the “Enable Relist Expired Listings?” box. If this box is not checked, the plugin will not automatically change the package when a listing expires or when the subscription status changes.

Step 4: Set the Basic Package

Next, set the “Basic Package.” To do this, create a new product. The Basic Package should be a “Listing Package” and not a “Listing Subscription”. Ensure that the value (price) is set to 0. This package should also be added to the paid listing packages for each listing type that you want to relist when it expires.

Step 5: Configure Email Notifications (Optional)

If you want to receive an email notification when a listing changes packages, enter the email address where you’d like to receive notifications. Note that this feature will only work if your WordPress site is properly configured to send emails via wp_mail. If you don’t want to receive email notifications, simply leave this field empty.

Step 6: Save Changes

Finally, click “Submit” to save your changes. Once saved, the plugin will handle the rest of the process automatically.
